Eclat de Pistache

Imagine a pistachio macaron melted into a cup of green tea. Now stop imagining — that's exactly what this is.

Eclat de Pistache is an original and indulgent flavoured green tea, marrying the vegetal sweetness of green tea with delicate notes of pistachio, apple and cranberry. Toasted coconut chips add a toasted and lightly sweet touch. It's our most original creation — and the 64 reviews at 4.44/5 confirm that boldness pays off.

Tasting profile

The liquor is a soft yellow-green. On the nose, pistachio comes first — subtle, toasted, almost praline-like. Apple brings fresh fruitiness, and cornflower petals add delicate perfume. On the palate, the green tea remains light and vegetal, the toasted coconut gives an almost creamy texture, and cranberry arrives in the finish with a tangy touch that prevents the blend from being too sweet.

When to enjoy it?

In the afternoon, when you crave indulgence without the calories. It's also an excellent iced tea — the pistachio and coconut reveal themselves beautifully cold, with a natural "pistachio milk" quality.

Perfect pairings

The perfect match with a pistachio financier, raspberry tart, or Greek yoghurt with honey. For the bold: baklava — pistachio + pistachio = double win.

Ingredients

Green tea, apple pieces, toasted and sweetened coconut chips, natural flavouring, flavouring, pistachios (2%), cranberries, cornflower petals.

Did you know? Pistachios aren't nuts — they're the fruit of a tree from the cashew family (like mango and cashews). The finest pistachio trees take 15 to 20 years before producing their first harvest. Patience has a taste — this is it.
