I would like to return an item for a refund

A contribution of €5.50 for Belgium and €7 for other destinations will be deducted from the refund for shipping and handling of returns.

To return items purchased on our site, please contact our Customer Service who will provide you with the label to attach to your return package.

Please remember to include the completed return form in your package.

Attention: using our return label is highly recommended. Without visibility on spontaneous shipments, we cannot guarantee tracking or receipt of these packages: if the package is lost by the carrier, we will not be able to refund the returned items. Furthermore, we do not refund return shipping costs incurred by sending packages without our return label.

I would like to return an item to exchange for another

We do not process exchanges: all returns are for refunds only.

We encourage you to order the item(s) you are interested in directly from our site to receive them as quickly as possible.

Please note that returned packages may take some time to reach us, and we appreciate your patience.

We kindly ask you to return products in the condition in which you received them, with all delivered elements (accessories, original packaging, instructions, etc.).

Please do not affix the return label directly onto the original product packaging; use an appropriate shipping box instead. Refunds will be made after checking the returned items and can only be processed if the products have not been used and can be resold.

If you received a gift promotion related to your spending and wish to return part or all of the affected order, you may keep the gift and deduct its value from your refund. If you do not wish to keep the granted gift, please include it in your return package. Indicate your preferences on the form to include in your return package.

If you return your order in full and within 14 days of receiving your package (legal withdrawal period), return shipping costs will be at your expense, but we will refund your original shipping costs. Beyond this limit or if your return concerns only part of your order, only returned products will be refunded after deducting original shipping costs and return fees.

Which items cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept all returns, mainly for hygiene reasons.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or tried items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold.
  • Flash sale items nearing their expiration/use-by date* cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Hygiene items (opened cosmetics or products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as face masks, menstrual underwear, menstrual cups, etc.).

* Items with expiration or use-by dates can be returned within 30 days of receiving your package if the above conditions are met (original packaging, etc.).

What should I do in practice?

If you have changed your mind and wish to return one or more items (unused/unopened), contact our customer service who will provide you with your return label.

You will then need to include your return form in your package and drop it at the post office or the postal office of your choice. Please do not affix the return label directly onto the original product packaging and use a suitable box for shipping.

Refunds are processed only upon receipt of your package and after checking the returned items.

We do not process “exchange” orders: these can be placed directly online by our customers.
