Article 2 – General Terms and Conditions

2.1. General Information

TEATOWER.COM has the right to save or edit these terms and conditions, it being specified that both saving and editing this document are its sole responsibility.

TEATOWER.COM may modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, provided that these modifications are published on its website. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the terms and conditions of sale, which are always available on the website.

2.2. Definitions

A CONSUMER is defined as any natural or legal person who acquires or uses, for purely non-professional purposes, products or services presented on the website. As a consumer, the customer therefore has specific rights, which would be called into question if the products or services purchased through the website were actually related to their professional activity.

A PROFESSIONAL is defined as any person who does not meet the definition of consumer given above.

Article 3 – Conclusions of Online Sales

The product catalog and descriptions on www.TEATOWER.COM do not constitute an offer as such. Therefore, simply filling out an order form on the aforementioned website is not sufficient for a sales contract to be formed. The sale will only be definitively concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email. For the security and peace of mind of the customer, TEATOWER.COM reserves the right to request additional information and to refuse to process the order if an adequate response is not received or if TEATOWER.COM deems the information it possesses insufficient. TEATOWER.COM may also refuse orders when it appears that the buyer intends to resell the products.

Article 4 – Order Confirmation

Contractual information will be confirmed by email no later than the time of delivery.

Article 5 – Purchase

TEATOWER.COM will fulfill your order subject to availability.

with its suppliers. Shipping times are 1 to 2 business days for Belgium, 2 to 5 business days for France, and 5 to 10 business days for Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands, excluding exceptional circumstances (weather, strikes, traffic problems, transport service congestion, etc.). However, if, despite its best efforts, the products are unavailable after you place your order, TEATOWER.COM will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. Please note: your order will only be prepared the same day if it was placed on a weekday (business day) and before noon. The delivery time begins as soon as the package leaves our warehouse (order status = “shipped”) and not from the moment you confirm your order.

Article 6 – Availability

Product availability is always displayed on our website for informational purposes only. Generally, a product listed as “in stock” is available immediately. However, TEATOWER.COM cannot be held responsible if the stock level is no longer the same as on the date the order was placed. Any unavailability is generally noted on the website. If TEATOWER.COM cannot obtain a product from its suppliers within a reasonable timeframe (for example, in the event of a stock shortage at the supplier), it will notify the customer of the expected delay by email. The customer can then choose to cancel or exchange their order based on this new information. No cancellation fee will be applied for such an order cancellation. TEATOWER.COM reserves the right to ship the order in two or more installments if a product is unavailable. This shipment will be made at no extra cost to the customer (the customer will only pay the delivery fees indicated at the time of ordering).

Article 7 – Transfer of Ownership

Notwithstanding Article 1583 of the Civil Code, the goods sold or delivered remain the exclusive property of TEATOWER.COM until full payment of the order.

According to Article VI. 44 CDE, the shipment of goods is at the company's risk, except when transport is provided by a carrier designated by the consumer and this choice was not offered by the company.

For contracts stipulating that the company ships the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss and damage is transferred to the consumer:

  • upon delivery of the goods to the carrier not proposed by the company, without the consumer losing any rights they may have against the carrier;
  • when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
  • Article 8 – Price

Our product prices are listed in EURO, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding shipping costs. They are displayed, taking into account the information provided by the customer regarding the delivery location.

    Article 9 – Payment

Our payment methods are centralized and protected by our payment partner, Stitching Mollie Payments, to ensure your data remains secure at all times and your transactions are safe.
