China Jade Pearls with jasmine – ORGANIC
Small pearls of deep green, hand-rolled by Chinese artisans, which slowly unfold in hot water to release an enchanting jasmine fragrance. A tea that deserves reverence, as much to be contemplated as it is to be savoured.
The China Jade Pearls with jasmine – ORGANIC is an exceptional scented green tea, crafted according to traditional Chinese expertise passed down through generations. Young green tea shoots are delicately hand-rolled into compact pearls, then naturally scented through contact with fresh jasmine flowers — up to 7 times for the finest grades.
Tasting profile
During steeping, watch the pearls slowly unfurl — a true spectacle. The revealed liquor is crystal clear and pale golden yellow. On the nose, the floral essence of jasmine emerges with both power and delicacy, never falling into artificiality. On the palate, the attack is round and silky, the vegetal notes of green tea provide a subtle herbaceous foundation, while jasmine envelops the palate with a lasting fragrance. The finish is long, floral, almost sweet.
When to enjoy it?
Naturally high in caffeine, this tea is ideal for starting the day with serene energy, or to accompany a meditation break in the mid-afternoon. Its nobility also makes it a perfect tea to offer to discerning connoisseurs. The same leaves can be re-steeped 2 to 3 times — each infusion reveals new nuances.
Food pairings
Sublime with almond biscuits, white chocolate fondant, or exotic fruits (lychee, mango, pineapple). On the savoury side, it elegantly accompanies sushi or dim sum.

Did you know? Jasmine scenting is an ancient Chinese tradition. The flowers are only picked at dusk, just as they are about to bloom. They are then mixed with the tea leaves overnight, so the tea absorbs their fragrance — then removed in the morning. This process is repeated up to 7 times for superior grades.
