Essential tool for Matcha preparation. | This tool is indispensable for creating a smooth and frothy preparation of your Matcha. Our usage tips: Use 1 gram of Matcha powder for approximately 80 ml of water: this proportion is called usucha (thin preparation). For a thicker tea (called koicha) use more Matcha powder (3-4g) and less water. Pour a little water at 75°C and mix gently. Then pour the remaining water and use your Matcha whisk making "W" motions to achieve your silky smooth emulsion.
