Utensil for Matcha Preparation

This utensil is essential for a smooth and frothy preparation of your Matcha.

Our Usage Tips:

Use 1 gram of matcha powder for approximately 80 ml of water: this proportion is called usucha (thin preparation). For a thicker tea (called koicha), use more matcha powder (3-4g) and less water.

Pour a little water at 75°C and mix.

Then pour the remaining water and use your Matcha whisk in a "W" motion to achieve your smooth emulsion.
