Matcha Preparation Whisk: Essential for a Smooth, Foamy Result. This indispensable utensil ensures a creamy and frothy preparation of your Matcha. Our usage tips: For a thin preparation (usucha), use 1 gram of matcha powder with approximately 80 ml of water. For a thicker tea (koicha), use more matcha powder (3-4g) and less water.
