Vitalité – BIO
Chai without the milk. Green tea with the soul of a spice market. Vitalité is the cup that warms you from within — even when it's 75° outside.
The Vitalité BIO is an organic flavored green tea with warming spices — orange, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, black pepper. Where traditional chais use a heavy black tea base, this premium tea rests on a Chinese green tea that's light and vegetal. The result: all the warmth of spices, without the heaviness.
Tasting Profile
The liquor is a luminous golden yellow. On the nose, orange arrives first, bright and sunny, followed by cinnamon that warms and cardamom that perfumes. In the mouth, the green tea brings its vegetal freshness, while the spices unfold slowly — clove on the tip, black pepper in the finish. The last sip is warm, spicy, and surprisingly long.
When to Enjoy
In the morning for a warming wake-up call, or mid-afternoon when energy dips. Its spices naturally support digestion and circulation. In autumn and winter, it becomes indispensable. In summer, surprise yourself: Indians drink their chai piping hot even at 104°F — and they know what they're doing.
Food Pairings
Exceptional with carrot cake, cinnamon cookies, or gingerbread. For the adventurous: try it with aged goat cheese — cardamom and goat cheese is an unexpected and spectacular pairing.
