Liberté

A cup like a journey. The exotic sweetness of mango, the elegance of an opening rose, and the blue touch of cornflower that recalls a summer sky. Liberté is that moment when we finally breathe.

Liberté is a delicate and luminous flavoured green tea, created for those seeking a tea that is fruity, floral, and refreshingly light. A harmonious composition, signature Teatower, that invites lightness and escape.

Tasting profile

The liquor presents a pale golden yellow, punctuated by red reflections from the rose petals. The nose is immediately captivated by a ripe mango fragrance, followed by fresh floral notes of rose and cornflower. On the palate, the green tea base brings a vegetal freshness that balances the fruit's indulgence. The rose reveals itself on the second sip, more subtle but persistent. The finish is long, fruity and silky, without bitterness.

When to enjoy it?

Liberté is the perfect afternoon tea: energising enough to revitalise the day thanks to its moderate caffeine, gentle enough not to disturb sleep. It's also an excellent iced tea for beautiful days — it then reveals an incomparable fruity roundness.

Gourmet pairings

Perfect with red berry cheesecake, rose-lychee macarons, or simply a slice of brioche bread with apricot jam. For a savoury pause, it also pairs beautifully with a fresh goat cheese salad with dried fruits.

Ingredients

Green tea, natural flavouring, red rose petals, sunflower and cornflower blossoms.

Did you know? The cornflower, emblematic flower of European fields, was once so abundant in wheat fields that it was called "the flower of freedom". Now rare, it symbolises resilience — and brings its unique touch of colour to this tea.
