The electric whisk is a modern solution for dissolving matcha in water or milk. Traditionally, the bamboo chasen whisk was used to properly dissolve matcha. Now, with the electric whisk, in addition to blending matcha, we can use it to froth milk or as an accessory for preparing recipes.
