Free In-Store Pickup: Order Online, Collect at Waterloo, Namur, Liège or Rocourt
Have you ever hesitated to order online because of delivery fees? Good news: you don't have to anymore.
For a few weeks now, our customers in Waterloo have already been doing it: ordering on teatower.com and picking up their order in-store, without paying a single cent for delivery. The results were clear — clear enough for us to extend the offer to Namur, Liège centre and Rocourt.
How it works
- Order on teatower.com. Our entire catalogue is available online — including items that may not be in stock in-store that day.
- Choose "Click & Collect" at checkout, and select your store: Waterloo, Namur, Liège centre or Rocourt. Delivery fee: €0.
- Pick up your order as soon as it's ready — allow about 4 hours for preparation. You'll receive a confirmation email, and you can come by whenever suits you, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
No waiting at home for a parcel, no trip to a neighbour's, no last-minute fees added to your cart. Just your teas, ready to collect from the store you already know — and perhaps a tasting on the house while you're there.
