Eclat de Pistache
Imagine a pistachio macaron melting into a cup of green tea. Now stop imagining — that's exactly it.
Eclat de Pistache is an original, indulgent flavoured green tea, pairing the gentle vegetal notes of green tea with delicate hints of pistachio, apple and cranberry. Toasted coconut chips add a lightly sweet, roasted touch. It's our boldest creation yet — and 64 reviews rating it 4.44/5 prove that daring pays off.
Tasting Profile
The liquor is a soft yellow-green. On the nose, pistachio comes through first — subtle, toasted, almost praline-like. Apple lends fruity freshness, while cornflower petals add delicate floral notes. On the palate, the green tea stays light and vegetal, the toasted coconut brings an almost creamy texture, and the cranberry arrives at the finish with a tangy edge that keeps the whole blend from being too sweet.
When to Enjoy It
In the afternoon, whenever you're craving indulgence without the calories. It also makes a fantastic iced tea — the pistachio and coconut truly shine when chilled, taking on a natural "pistachio milk" character.
Perfect Pairings
A perfect match with a pistachio financier, a raspberry tart, or Greek yoghurt with honey. For the adventurous: baklava — pistachio meets pistachio for a double delight.

Did you know? The pistachio isn't actually a nut — it's the fruit of a tree in the cashew family (alongside mango and cashew). The finest pistachio trees take 15 to 20 years before yielding their first harvest. Patience has a flavour — and this is it.
