Marrakech Sunset – ORGANIC is our most sun-drenched organic flavoured green tea: the invigorating freshness of mint meets the floral sweetness of orange blossom, for a cup that instantly transports you to the heart of the Moroccan medina at sunset.

Tasting profile

When brewed, the liquor takes on a very bright amber-yellow hue. On the nose, mint dominates first with its invigorating freshness, then opens up to the warmer, sweeter notes of orange blossom — like a promise of the Orient. On the palate, the attack is clean and refreshing, the organic green tea brings a silky vegetal base, and the orange in the aftertaste rounds it all off. The finish is long, fresh, naturally slightly sweet.

When to enjoy it

Marrakech Sunset is ideal for a mid-day relaxation break, or after a light meal — its mint aids digestion, and the orange blossom gently soothes. Iced, it's one of our best summer teas — serve with a few fresh mint leaves and an orange wedge.

Food pairings

Magical with Moroccan pastries (gazelle horns, makrouts, ghoribas), a dried fruit tajine, or a simple orange salad with orange blossom water. Also perfect with dark chocolate fondant.

• Steeping time: 2 to 3 min
• Dosage: 1 teaspoon (2g) per 25cl
