ChocoLatte
You love coffee but coffee doesn't love you? In the evening, you crave something hot, indulgent, comforting — but caffeine keeps you awake. ChocoLatte is the answer to a problem nobody had solved before.
ChocoLatte (formerly Café Liégeois) is a decadent rooibos with intense notes of coffee, vanilla and white chocolate. Zero caffeine, zero bitterness, 100% comfort. It's the infusion that tastes like a latte — without the coffee, without the milk, without the guilt.
Tasting profile
The liquor is a silky golden brown. On the nose, coffee dominates — roasted, warm, enveloping — followed by vanilla that softens everything. On the palate, the rooibos brings its natural roundness, the white chocolate melts with creamy sweetness, and the coffee returns in the finish with just enough bitterness to remain elegant. It's a liquid dessert.
When to enjoy it?
In the evening, as a replacement for coffee or hot chocolate. At teatime for a cozy moment. Or after dinner — when everyone has coffee, you have a ChocoLatte. With a splash of oat milk, it becomes an absolutely addictive homemade latte.
Food pairings
The perfect companion to tiramisu, a walnut brownie, a chocolate chip cookie, or speculoos. Also spectacular with vanilla ice cream — pour hot ChocoLatte over it for a caffeine-free affogato.

Rooibos (48%), cocoa pieces, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla), flavoring, coffee (2%).

Did you know? Rooibos contains aspalathin, an antioxidant found in no other plant in the world. And unlike coffee, it doesn't increase cortisol (the stress hormone). You get the taste of coffee + the benefits of calm. The best of both worlds.
