A pure, traditional matcha:

• Origin: Japan
• Pack: 50g of pure matcha powder
• Flavour: vegetal, umami, slightly bitter

Traditional preparation:

• Take 1-2g of matcha in a bowl (chasen whisk recommended)
• Add 70 ml of hot water (70°C)
• Whisk briskly in a "W" shape until a nice froth forms
• Enjoy pure or top up with plant-based milk for a latte version
