An ideal bowl for a perfectly executed Matcha preparation.

Matcha is a smooth and delicate Japanese green tea. The leaves are ground between two stone wheels to create a fine powder.

Usage recommendations:

Use 1 gram of matcha powder for approximately 80 ml of water: this ratio is known as usucha (thin preparation). For a thicker tea (called koicha), use more matcha powder (3-4g) and less water.

Pour a little water at 75°C and mix well.

Then add the remaining water and use your Matcha whisk to create "W" motions to achieve a creamy emulsion.
