3 Teas to Naturally Boost Your Immunity

Hello, I'm Julie. I'm 28, from Liège, and a social worker. My hobbies? I love blogging, reading, and yoga! I'm interested in everything related to well-being, personal development, ecology, and nutrition!

Oh, did I mention I'm a huge tea fan? I'll admit, it's easier when coffee isn't an option. I drink tea literally every morning, between 2 to 3 cups, not counting my evening herbal teas. Believe it or not, I'm only 28 years old.

What I really love about tea, aside from its comforting side and unique taste, are its benefits for immunity. I find it so fascinating that a simple plant can provide us with so many virtues.

If you share my opinion, then I invite you to continue reading because, in this article, we're going to talk about the power of tea and immunity!

I wanted to share my 3 current favorite Teatower products that help warm up my days and naturally boost my immunity throughout the day. Pretty cool, right?

The Antioxidant Power of GINGER COOL - ORGANIC

The Ginger Cool is like my fuel to start the day. I really like the lemon/ginger combination, both in terms of taste and benefits, because for digestion, it's fire! Nothing better to start the day and help you digest that slightly too heavy meal from the night before.

Another reason why I love drinking green tea is for its antioxidant power.

In short, antioxidants are tiny soldiers in our body whose role is to transform free radicals/molecules (the bad guys) into harmless products, which directly boosts your immunity.

Did you know? According to the French national food safety agency, green tea is considered the beverage with the highest antioxidant activity. It's even said that its antioxidant content is four times higher than that of vitamin C—isn't that amazing?

In terms of use, it couldn't be simpler! You just need to let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes in hot water at 75°C.

The Many Benefits of GUARANA BOOST

The Guarana Boost, a mate with grapefruit and guarana flavors that transports you from the very first sip.

In a nutshell, mate comes from a plant cultivated in South America, unlike traditional tea whose plant is mainly cultivated in Asia. Mate is particularly renowned for its stimulating effects and its more bitter taste.

I love pouring myself a cup of Guarana Boost during my remote work afternoons, when fatigue sets in after long hours spent in front of screens, not to mention digestion. As you will have understood, Guarana Boost is truly the best for giving you an energy boost. It is even recommended not to drink it in the evening because it can be so powerful.

In addition to that, guarana helps maintain your immune defense system and has many other benefits.

In terms of use, you can let this tea steep for 5 to 10 minutes in 100°C water and you're good to go. To spruce things up, I even recommend adding a good spoonful of organic honey with half a squeezed lemon.

The SAMYAMA - ORGANIC Infusion for Better Immunity

Between coriander, nettle leaves, lemongrass, apple pieces, ginger, and so on, the SAMYAMA infusion holds many treasures.

As an advocate of cozy evenings, I never say no to a good herbal tea, especially when it has so many benefits.

Lemongrass alone is a true gem because it has very powerful antioxidant and antimicrobial properties that strengthen your immunity. It is also widely used when it comes to treating digestive issues and fighting off feverish and flu-like states.

Lemongrass is also a good sedative, allowing you to end your days gently and peacefully. Nothing beats it before going to bed.

Regarding its use, you need to let this infusion steep for 5 minutes in 100°C water. Once again, feel free to add a small spoonful of honey.

So, are you more Ginger Cool, Guarana Boost, or Samyama? Or maybe all three?! They are available on the e-shop and in stores in tea bags and loose leaf!

In any case, I hope the reading was informative. Don't hesitate to incorporate these teas and mate into your next wellness routines, your immunity will thank you :)

Julie
