Delivery Times
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 working days by our logistics team (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched:
- Belgium: 1 to 3 working days
- France, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 5 to 10 working days
You'll receive an automatic email at each stage of the process, including a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. This link is also available under My Account / My Orders / Details.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders of €59 or more. Full shipping rates are available on our dedicated page.
How Do I Return an Item?
You have 90 days from the date of receipt to return any unused item in its original condition.
Option 1 — In-Store Return (Free of Charge)
Simply bring the item to one of our Teatower shops in Waterloo, Namur, or Liège, along with your order confirmation. No charge applies in this case.
Option 2 — Postal Return
A contribution of €5.50 (Belgium) or €7 (other countries) will be deducted from your refund. This reflects our environmental commitment: every parcel has a real carbon footprint, and we encourage thoughtful, considered purchasing.
Important: please do not attach the return label directly onto the product's original packaging. Use a suitable outer box or mailing carton. You can download your return form from our website.
Can I Exchange an Item?
Online: we do not offer direct exchanges — refunds only. You're welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
In store: our team can arrange an exchange subject to availability. Please bring the item along with your order confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. In this case, the return is fully at our expense and we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Missing Item in My Order
First, check carefully through any packaging materials — smaller items can easily slip inside. If the item is genuinely missing, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.
My Parcel Arrived Damaged
Open the parcel to check the condition of the products, then contact our customer service team. We'll arrange for the damaged items to be resent to you promptly.
