Order with Teatower: Payment, Order Tracking, Customer Account & Discount Codes
I haven't received my order confirmation
Order confirmations are sent automatically to your email address. If you can't find it:
- Check your spam / junk mail folder (add info@teatower.com to your contacts to avoid this in future)
- Check the email address saved in My Account / My Details
- Go to My Account / My Orders — your order should appear there with the status "Payment accepted"
If you have been charged and your order does not appear, please contact our customer service team.
My order shows a payment error
Possible causes include: incorrect authentication details (code), insufficient funds, or a temporary technical issue. Go to My Account / My Orders, click the arrow (details) then select "Order again". If the problem persists, please contact your bank directly.
I paid by bank transfer and my order is pending
Bank transfers can take up to 5 working days to reach us (depending on your bank and country of residence). We check incoming transfers every afternoon. Once received, your order will move straight into preparation. If the status is still pending after 7 working days, please contact our customer service team.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an automatic email at each stage of your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you — it is also available in My Account / My Orders / Details, at the bottom of the order page. If your tracking link has not been updated for 5 working days, please contact our customer service team.
I've forgotten my password
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address to receive a reset link. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
My promo code isn't working
There are a few possible reasons:
- The code has already been used
- It cannot be combined — another code is already active in your basket
- It is personalised — you must be logged in to your customer account for it to apply
- The expiry date has passed
If none of these apply, please contact our customer service team. Please note: codes found on third-party websites may not be valid — our official codes are sent exclusively by email to our subscribers or distributed in store.
